I Strategiska loopen går vision och vardag hand i hand. PlanB har tillsammans med kunder utvecklat en processmodell för framgångsrika utvecklingsarbeten. Vi kallar den Strategiska loopen. Denna bok beskriver processmodellen som ger oss förutsättningar för framsteg och genombrott genom brett engagemang. Vi gör en resa genom Loopen och börjar med att nyfiket spana i verkligheten för att förstå det som händer omkring oss. Vi är öppna i vårt sökande och har nära till innovation. Med nya fynd och ökande samsyn blir vi sedan beredda att göra vägval och fatta beslut om i vilken riktning vår verksamhet/avdelning eller organisation ska utvecklas. Tydliga visioner, mål och strategier gör oss praktiska och uthålliga, och på köpet passionerade! När vi är framme i Loopens sista steg så börjar vi spontant om från början. Den loopande rörelsen har blivit en del av vår naturliga utveckling och en förutsättning för att komma vidare.

I actually never thought, I would learn much from it: Hi: I have been in this business for more than 35 years, advising more than hundred entrepreneurs in almost every single corner of business understanding! But I was wrong. I found a relieving review here: A simple, “common sense” summary, reminding me of the fact, that numerous topics, have other inspiring approaches, than the ones, I am preaching. And Johan is serving them in a simple, but yet educative process, through his book, that leaves you with reflections and – most important – with the energy to improve your effort, to make windmills instead of shelters.
